One of the things I love about the end of the year is getting all these amazing families in front of my camera for their annual family portraits; some for the first time and many for the past several years. This was my second year getting to photograph this beautiful and extremely talented family for their Christmas card (and annual family photos) and they are SO much fun to photograph! Their personalities just shine through each photo as if you know exactly who they are without having met them. We met a few years ago as our kids are on the same acrobatic gymnastics team in Livermore and quickly became instant friends. When I say talented I mean they are REALLY talented. Between their singing and dancing abilities and their acrobatic talents, there’s not much this family can’t do. Both Dorian and Caitlyn are working their way towards competing internationally for USA Gymnastics and the sport couldn’t be luckier to have such amazing athletes representing our country. A huge congratulations to them on their amazing accomplishments so far.

We photographed their family portraits this year in this gorgeous regional preserve in Pleasanton. The colors were gorgeous (finally some green in California!) and the weather was perfect. We had a blast shooting until the sun was well past set. Thank you White Family for having me document another year in your lives and making it so much fun to do so!
